Shipping Policy

I pack every piece myself, by hand, with a lot of care. Originals ship worldwide, tracked and insured, so your painting is protected from my studio to your door.

Original paintings are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of your order. I would rather pack slowly and well than rush a piece into a box.

Delivery times vary by where you are. Inside the US, expect roughly 3 to 7 days once the piece is on its way. International orders usually land 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination and its customs.

If you are ordering from outside the US, please note that any customs charges or import duties are set by your own country and are your responsibility. I have no way to control or predict them.

If a package arrives damaged, take photos of both the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and email them to me. Keep the packaging if you can.

If a parcel is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier and its insurance to make it right, and I will keep you informed the whole way through.
