Effective September 28, 2026.

Originals. Every original on this site is an oil painting, one of a kind. What you see in the photos is what you get. I light and photograph each piece as honestly as I can, and I am always happy to send more images or answer questions before you buy. Because each original is unique, sales of originals are final, unless the piece arrives damaged.

Prints. If you change your mind about a print, you can return it for any reason within 10 days of the date it shipped. Email me inside that window. The print needs to come back unused and in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping is on you. Once it is back with me, I refund the price of the print.

Damage. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours of receiving it and email me. I will sort it out case by case, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

Right now I ship within the United States only. When international shipping opens, buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom will have their legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving a piece, except for work made to order, such as commissions.

Commissions are their own thing. We agree on the details by email or a google meeting, and I ask for a 50% deposit before I begin the work.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site.

I keep the copyright and reproduction rights to every artwork I make, including pieces that have sold and commissioned work. When you buy a painting you own the physical object, but the right to reproduce the image stays with me. The writing and images on this site are mine as well and may not be reused for commercial purposes at all.

Commission price lock-in. After sending a brief you can choose to pay $25 to lock in my current commission prices for 30 days. It is optional: your brief is sent either way. The $25 comes off your final price. It is non-refundable, including if you decide not to go ahead.
