Every painting on this site is an original oil work, one of a kind. What you see in the photos is what you get. I light and photograph each piece as honestly as I can, and I am always happy to send more images or answer questions before you buy.

Because each original is unique, sales are generally final. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email me, and I will sort it out case by case, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, except for work made or personalized to your order, such as commissions. If that applies to you, email me within the window and I will walk you through the return. The piece needs to come back unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is on the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty.

Commissions are their own thing. We agree on the details by email or a google meeting, and I ask for a 50% deposit before I begin the work.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site.

I keep the copyright and reproduction rights to every artwork I make, including pieces that have sold and commissioned work. When you buy a painting you own the physical object, but the right to reproduce the image stays with me. The writing and images on this site are mine as well and may not be reused for commercial purposes at all.
